Our garden rooms are premium products that includes a high standard of quality, performance and features that are usually charged as additional items included within our price.

Standard features;

• Sound insulated design
• Aluminium double-glazed window/screen and Bi folding doors
• Sealed Plaster walls opposed to jointed cladding panels
• External lighting
• Laminate timber flooring included
• Heating oil/electric system

Prices for the garden room package are £1,450.00/m2 + vat

We do offer additional systems and options such as;

• Fit out package – We can design and manufacture a bespoke fit out from ranging from coffee machine stations/drinks cabinets/shelving systems/desks/tables and much more.
• Automation package – This includes full app control from your mobile for Heating/lighting/doors/blinds/Access
• Security package – HD or 4k CCTV package with app notification and alarm.
