Versatile and stylish spaces to provide comfort and function right at home in your garden…quicker, cheaper and less disruptive than an extension to your home.
We provide the full service from start to finish, from initial design to build completion.
Consultation and Design…
We love to work closely with our clients, understanding their needs and requirements. Following a visit to either our showroom at our offices or a site visit to your home, we will discuss and tailor the room to your personal requirements, so that you are fully satisfied with the design and finishes before the room is placed into manufacture.
Structural and construction detail design is undertaken as a standard as part of our service to ensure building integrity, leaving you to decide the on the nice bits!
Our buildings are designed to fall within permitted development, this means you don’t need to obtain planning permission, however as our rooms are bespoke, we can also accommodate larger designs and builds if that’s requested, subject to obtaining local planning permission.
Project Management…
We manage your garden room build from start to finish, ensuring both quality control and timescales are maintained. Our project managers and site managers assigned to each build have years of experience in the construction industry.
Quality materials…
Our garden rooms are built with the highest quality and durability in mind. The materials used for their construction are of high specification and performance. The materials we use are derived directly from the timber frame construction industry…proven and durable.
Begin as you mean to go on…
We form a concrete reinforced slab foundation and fit a galvanised steel base for the garden room floor structure, before any timber is built on site. This ensures the building is kept away from surface water and damp while also providing sufficient ventilation. This process ensures longevity of your investment, so you can relax with peace of mind for many years to come.
Manufacturing and Construction…
Our garden rooms are predominantly fabricated in our joinery workshop based in South Wales. We use highly skilled tradesman and state of the art machinery and equipment to fabricate the room in a controlled environment.
Once the main shell is ready, the garden room is delivered and finished on site with cladding, windows, doors and internal finishes.
Again, the site construction process is derived direct from the timber frame construction industry…proven and durable for further peace of mind.
The whole process from start on site to completion can be as little as 10 working days.
Your space, your options…
As well as the options for the external finishes of the build itself, we can provide multiple options internally for aspects such as electrical requirements and connectivity to bespoke fitted joinery cabinets, tables, desks to your specification.
